Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most important questions about using TripStory, publishing content, managing company listings and keeping every language version complete.

Platform and languages

You can read and publish travel stories, discover maps and travel news, view company tours, compare places to stay and contact companies from public listing pages.

The public site is prepared for 12 languages. Important text fields for tours, places to stay, legal pages, support and navigation must be filled per language, not shown from hardcoded fallback text.

Accounts and company dashboard

Approved company accounts can manage their public profile, tour offers, accommodation listings, contact details, photos, prices and draft updates from the dashboard.

Changes can be saved as a draft or sent for review. If admin returns the item with a note, the company can edit it in the dashboard and submit it again for approval.

Tours

A tour can include title, overview, itinerary, dates, duration, route, departure points, prices, package options, hotel choices, group rules, guide languages, difficulty, accessibility, visa and insurance notes.

Draft, rejected, inactive or pending tours are not public. A tour can also be held back until required translations and approval checks are complete.

Places to stay

Listings can include property type, region, address, rooms, capacity, amenities, suitable guests, seasons, nearby places, travel time, rental rules, contact note, photos and prices.

No. Company changes go through draft and review status, and admin can edit, approve, reject or return the listing with a note before it appears publicly.

Translation and moderation

For manual text fields, GPT can prepare language versions for all active languages. The final responsibility remains with the company or admin, who should review names, prices, addresses, rules and legal wording before approval.

Admin can edit the main fields, translations, prices, routes, photos, status, visibility and approval notes for tours and places to stay, then publish or return the item to the dashboard.

Safety, accuracy and support

No. TripStory helps organize practical information, but travelers should verify visa, border, insurance and safety requirements with official sources before booking or traveling.

Use the Support page and include the link, language, company or username, and a short description. This helps the team check the exact page and fix the issue faster.
