Real travel stories

Travelers can publish routes, budgets, transport notes, photos and personal experience in a structured story format.

Company tour listings

Companies can publish tours with dates, duration, routes, group rules, guide details, visa and insurance notes, prices and package options.

Places to stay

Accommodation listings can include region, address, room and capacity details, amenities, seasons, nearby places, contact notes, photos and prices.

Company dashboard

The dashboard lets a company prepare profile data, tours and places to stay, save drafts, update content and send changes for admin approval.

Admin approval workflow

Admins can edit every important field, approve public content, reject it, or return it to the dashboard as a draft with a clear note.

GPT-assisted translations

Text fields are prepared for all 12 active languages with GPT assistance so public pages do not rely on hardcoded text or fallback copy.

Maps and Taste Map

Stories, food notes and useful places can be explored through map-based discovery, including local food, restaurants and markets.

Passport, visa and travel news

Passport, visa, border, aviation and travel news sections help users follow practical updates before they make travel decisions.

Public profiles and trust signals

Profiles show stories, company identity, social links, ratings and community signals that help readers compare information more confidently.

Search, save and compare

Visitors can search, save useful content and compare stories, tours and accommodation details without losing the context of the trip.

How publishing works

TripStory keeps publishing controlled: content is created in the dashboard or admin panel, translated properly, reviewed and only then shown publicly.

01

Create or update

A user, company or admin adds stories, tours, places to stay, profile data, prices, routes, rules and practical notes.

02

Translate and review

Manual text fields are completed in all active languages, including GPT-assisted translation where available, and checked before approval.

03

Approve or return

Admin can publish the content, edit it directly, reject it, or return it to the dashboard as a draft with a note for correction.
